under-managed 3.3 million square foot, 25-asset office and industrial portfolio well diversified across the United Kingdom. The portfolio was acquired from Lloyds Banking Group following their foreclosure on the developer.

The investment was acquired by Rockpoint Fund III in August 2010 and is currently held by the fund.
